Keynote talk at ECCOMAS 2024

At the next ECCOMAS conference, I will be delivering a keynote talk as part of the minisymposium on Isogeometric Methods! The minisymposium is part of the theme Advance Discretization Methods and is organized by Ale Reali, Yuri Bazilevs, Dave Benson, Rene de Borst, Tom Hughes, Trond Kvamsdal, Giancarlo Sangalli and Clements Verhoosel. I will talk about spline-based discretizations of the de Rham complex and their applications, hope to see you there.

MSc defence: Wolf Nederpel

Wolf Nederpel has successfully defended his master’s project: “A mimetic dual-field discretization with exact conservation properties for the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations with periodic or Dirichlet boundary conditions.” Congratulations, Wolf!

MSc defence: Ferhat Sindy

Ferhat Sindy has successfully defended his master’s project: “Immersed Isogeometric Methods.” Congratulations, Ferhat, and best wishes for your PhD at EPFL!
